Feature description : Allows you to view and listen to your voicemail messages on your personal web portal. Furthermore, receive your voicemail messages as email attachments allowing you to listen to your messages on your PC or a compatible Smartphone. You can save messages on your PC either from the web portal or the email.
How to use the feature?
There are no setups required to use this feature. This feature is activated upon service activation and there are no additional charges for this feature from Telehop’s Home Phone.
Each time a voicemail is left on your voicemail system, Telehop’s Home Phone service will automatically send an email with the voicemail as an attachment to your main email address. This is the same email address that was used to sign up for your service and for logging into your personal Web Portal. You can listen to the voicemail by opening the attached file. You can listen to your voicemail either on your PC’s email program or if you receive email on your smart phone such as a blackberry, iPhone or other compatible smart phone devices. You are also able to save the attached voicemail files to your PC or smart phone for future reference.
In addition, you can access all of your voicemails from your personal Web Portal. After logging into your portal, you can review a voicemail list under the “Voicemail” tab. You can play (listen) or delete your messages. When your click on play, you will also be able to save the message on your PC for future reference.
