Features-Call Waiting

Feature description: Notifies you of an incoming call while engaged in a call via an audible sound and provide you with the ability to temporary place the first call on hold while talking to the second caller. You can return to the first call after completing the second conversation.

How to use the feature?
When you hear the audible sound, you can access the second caller on “Call Waiting” by any of the following actions:

1. Briefly press the flash button
2. Press the pound key (#)
3. Briefly press the off-hook on your telephone

This will put the first caller on hold while you talk to the second caller. To return to the first caller, follow one of the 3 steps above.

This feature is automatically activated upon start of your Home Phone service.
