Feature description: Calling ID blocking lets you protect your privacy by blocking your name and number from being displayed to the person you are calling
How to use the feature?
Log in to your personal Web Portal account. Under the tab titled “Plans”, simply click on the button “Disable Caller ID”. To re-activate Caller ID from displaying, simply click “Enable Caller ID” from the same page. This feature is automatically activated upon start of your Home Phone service.
