Features-Caller ID

Feature description: Displays the phone number of the incoming caller if you have a phone that supports Caller ID. Know who’s calling you before you answer your phone. You can also view a list of the most recent incoming calls, even if you didn't answer them (depending on your phone model).

How to use the feature?
There’s nothing to do except to use a phone set with Caller ID display functionality. This feature is automatically activated upon start of your Home Phone service.

Troubleshooting:
At this time, Telehop’s Home Phone service does not display the name of the incoming caller, only the phone number is displayed. We will be shortly launching Caller ID name as well.
