| Caller ID Many telephone company charge for this feature and call it a privilege. At Telehop, we believe Caller ID is a right and not a privilege and that it should be free. Call ID allows you to see both the name and phone of the person calling you. | Caller ID Block Protect your privacy by blocking your number. This feature allows you to make a call without the other party seeing your name or number. Simply log into your Web Portal. Under the tab “Plan” click disable. |
Voicemail This feature allows callers to leave you confidential messages while you are away from your phone or busy on the line. | Enhanced Voicemail This feature allows you to view and listen to your voicemail messages on your personal web portal, receive messages as email attachments and allows you to listen to your messages on your PC. |
| Call Waiting Call waiting allows you to accept incoming calls while you’re on the phone. To Active: Press the “Flash” button on your phone to answer the second line. This will put the first caller on hold. To switch callers, press the “Flash” button again. |
Call Forwarding Call forwarding allows you to forward all incoming calls to any phone number around the world. Dial 72 from your home phone. After a brief pause enter the forwarding number and watch as all call get transferred. |
