Job Title:Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Outbound calling to existing and new customers.
  • Answering customer inquiries, customer related issues and billing inquiries.
  • Up selling existing and new services and products.
  • Meeting standards of service quality by presenting accurate and complete information to potential customers.
  • Generating sales.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum High School education required.
  • Minimum 1 yr. experience in a call center sales environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Outstanding customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent phone skills and mannerism.
  • Ability to deal with customers in difficult situations.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
  • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).

  • Outbound calling to potential residential customers, generating new sales/ sales leads and additional sales to current accounts.
  • Providing prompt, courteous and accurate information about Telehop's products and services.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum High School education required.
  • Minimum 1 yr. experience in a call center sales environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Powerful sales aptitude and a positive attitude.
  • Strong closing ability.
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated.
  • Upbeat and friendly personality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
