Telehop Communications Inc. ('Telehop') was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Telehop is a CRTC Licensed Class 'A' Telecom Carrier, and has grown into one of the largest alternative telecom providers to residential and business customers in Canada.

Telehop offers origination and termination services to other carriers worldwide, including switchless resellers, and provides 'Equal Access' Long Distance and the branded '10-10-620' and the '10-10-100' -- Dial Around' Service. Telehop is currently offering these services in all Canadian provinces and its service coverage encompasses approximately 92% of the Canadian population. In addition to these offerings Telehop offers its 'Telehop Home Phone' Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) service. Telehop also provides an Unlimited North America Plan, and provides 1-800 toll free numbers and Virtual Calling Cards, allowing calls from any phone in North America to anywhere in the world. Telehop also offer the only alternative Directory Assistance service in Canada.

Telehop has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and predecessor exchanges since 1997. It is currently listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with the trading symbol 'HOP'.
