Do Not Call List

Telehop is proud to announce that we are building upon our existing strong Privacy Policy by embracing Canada’s new National Do Not Call List (“C-DNCL”) which moves Telehop to the next step of safeguarding our customer’s information and desire to not be disturbed by solicitation phone calls.

Effective September 30th, 2008, Canadians will be able to register their telephone number free of charge with the National Do Not Call List to reduce the number of telemarketing calls and faxes they receive. Canadians can register their home phone, cellular or fax number(s) by signing up online at www.LNNTE-DNCL.gc.ca or by calling the toll-free numbers 1-866-580-DNCL (1-866-580-3625) or 1-888-DNCL-TTY (1-888-362-5889).

Telehop is committed to working with our industry and our business partners to respect our customer’s wishes and to adhere to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (“CRTC”) C-DNCL.

Under the new regulations, we will not call anyone registered for C-DNCL for solicitation. In accordance with C-DNCL regulations, we are permitted to contact customers who have purchased and/or used our services within the last 18 months.

From time to time, Telehop may call recent/past customers (those who have used Telehop’s services within the last 18 months) to communicate new promotions, services or to solicit feedback on our services. If you are a recent or current Telehop customer and do not wish to receive informational calls from Telehop about new promotions and/or services, you may submit your name and number to Telehop’s internal Do Not Call List (T-DNCL) below. Telehop has been using an internal Do Not Call List (T-DNCL) for years to respect the wishes of our past customers.
