A. No. There are no additional charges when using 10-10-620. Applicable taxes (like all phone calls) will be charged by your phone company.

A. 10-10-620 is available for callers with landline phones provided by Bell Canada (Ontario and Quebec), Sasktel (Saskatchewan), MTS (Manitoba) and Telus (Alberta and BC). For those with cell phones or residential lines provided by other telecommunications companies you can still use 10-10-620. Call a customer service representative toll-free on 1-866-4-1010620 to register now. All customers currently registered under a Telehop plan or with Vancouver Telephone Company, will be billed at rates applicable to their specific plan.

Q. What provinces is 10-10-620 available from?
A. Now, 10-10-620 is available in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and areas of Newfoundland.

Q. How will I be billed for 10-10-620 calls?
A. Your charges will appear on your regular phone bill in a section labelled Other Carrier Messages - Telehop. Your bill will include the date and time of the call, the number and location of the call. Simply remit payment to your regular telephone company as usual.

Q. What is a 10-10 number?
A. 10-10 numbers are long distance access codes giving customers the freedom to make long distance calls without changing their long distance carrier. By dialing the 10-10-XXX access number, your call goes over that carrier's network. You'll be billed for the calls on your local phone bill.

Q. How do I use your service?
A. Simply dial 10-10-620 + 1 + area code + phone number to complete a call within Canada and the U.S. To make an international call, dial 10-10-620 + 011 + country code + city code + phone number. Do not pause between dialing 10-10-620 and the number you are dialing.

Q. Can I keep my current long distance service and still use 10-10-620?
A. Yes, provided there are no restrictions on your local phone line, all your calls will be connected when you dial 1010620.

Q. Can I sign up for 10-10-620 as my long distance service?
A. 10-10-620 is not available on a subscription basis. Just pick up the phone and dial as described above whenever you want to use 10-10-620.
However, you can switch to our long distance service and customized long distance plans.

Pay with any major credit card and once the payment is processed your account will be activated within minutes and you can begin calling!

Q. How do I make a call from my cell phone once I have registered?
A. Once registered for CELL 620, dial the appropriate access number and this will bring you to the CELL 620 network. Please note an additional 3ยข per minute charge will be applied when using the toll-free access number. Once you've connected, just follow the prompts to make your call as usual.

Q. Does CELL 620 work with every cell phone provider?
A. As CELL 620 is set up on it's own network it can work with all cell phone service providers.

Q. What happens when I have used up my CELL 620 balance?
A. You can replenish your CELL 620 account by simply refilling or purchasing more CELL 620 minutes. Replenishing your account is quick and easy. You can either purchase online or call Customer Service at 1-866-313-4100 and add to your existing account.
